1. Acceptance of Managed Terms
By accessing Avedikon (avedikon.bond), you enter into a binding agreement with Avedikon Professional Consultancy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the site and any associated automation tools immediately.
These terms of service govern your use of our content, our strategy documentation, and our initial engagement forms. Our consultancy specializes in WhatsApp automation; however, the use of this website does not constitute a formal client-consultant relationship until a specific Statement of Work (SOW) is signed by both parties.
2. Consultancy Services & Strategy
Avedikon provides high-impact marketing strategy specifically tailored for the WhatsApp Business Platform via the API. Our role is to advise on technical implementation and customer engagement workflows.
- Platform Limits: Users acknowledge that WhatsApp (Meta) maintains its own terms of service. Avedikon is not responsible for platform-level changes or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
- Strategic Advice: All marketing advice provided on this site is for informational purposes. Implementation of these strategies is at the client's own risk.
A Note on Integrity
We do not support bulk spamming or unsolicited broadcasting. Any use of our methodologies to violate the WhatsApp Commerce Policy will result in an immediate termination of our service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, proprietary automation logic, and strategy frameworks displayed on avedikon.bond are the exclusive property of Avedikon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our high-impact marketing materials without written consent from our Springfield headquarters.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Avedikon be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the WhatsApp Business Platform or our consulting advice. Market conditions and platform algorithms are subject to change; results from previous case studies do not guarantee future performance.
5. Governing Law & Compliance
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our services shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Springfield, IL.
